Recommend for a short visit

Bright room, cozy mattress, enjoyed working at the good writing space with lovely plants that brought a little nature indoors while being just a 5-minute walk from the nearest MRT station.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and a

serene atmosphere that makes for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, though parking fees were a bit higher than expected. Overall, a lovely experience with easy access to local attractions.

During my stay, I really enjoyed the beautiful garden terrace which was such a peaceful spot to unwind after exploring the nearby Singapore Botanic Gardens, and the attentive staff made my experience even better with their friendly service that felt genuinely welcoming.

We had a lovely time enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the really cool self-check-in kiosks that made everything so smooth. The rooftop pool was a perfect chill spot, and the garden area was great for unwinding after a long day of exploring. While the room was comfy, we noticed some cleanliness issues that could use a bit more attention, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 🌿

However, the room size felt cramped, lacking the ability to open windows, which is a shame for those preferring fresh air. Noise from the pool area lingered well into the night, so light sleepers may want to skip the garden view rooms. Also, the gym's air conditioning was excessively cold, making it difficult to sweat during workouts. Lastly, clearer signage to the hotel lobby would help guide first-time visitors more easily.

Had a chill 2-night stay in a Deluxe Garden Room. The sunlight streams in and the little garden view is nice, even if it’s not a full-on garden. Good firm bed for a cozy night’s sleep. The common area looked inviting, but I didn’t have time to relax there. Just wish the hotel was easier to find at first.

A peaceful retreat in the city

I loved starting each day with a swim in the refreshing pool. The hotel’s proximity to the MRT made exploring Singapore effortless.

Getting to the reception took some navigating, and the bathroom had a faint odor that persisted throughout my stay.

The deluxe room was really comfy with a big bed, flat-screen TV, and nice bathroom. I loved the kitchenette for snacks and the free gym access was a bonus. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and you can borrow an umbrella if it rains. Location was perfect, with a bus stop outside and MRT just a short walk away.

i loved my stay at citadines! the deluxe garden room was so comfy, and the pillows were perfect. the location is fantastic, close to a great mall with varied asian and western dining options. the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the security downstairs who always had a smile. the common area by reception looked inviting, though i wish i had more time to relax there.
